I can’t get my Magic Bands to link?

I’ve tried at least 4 times, keep getting an error. Also, I tried calling Disney, was on hold for over an hour (last week) twice and no one even came onto the line. Now, the message today just says all lines are busy, please try again later. Any thoughts anyone? These were purchased on Amazon for our November trip. I appreciate any help, we have never used Magic Bands before. Thanks

What is the text of the error message that you keep getting? That might help us figure out what’s going on!

I hate to "go there" but is there any chance you bought magic bands that were already linked to someone else? Maybe I'm just cynical though

What is the error code that you're seeing? Was the seller Amazon or an Amazon seller? Could the bands have been linked to another MDE already and they were sold only as collectibles?

“There was an error uploading your bands, please call Walt Disney World Guest Services, yadda, yadda.” is the message. These were direct from Amazon, no 3rd party involved. They were new in package, all 4. I’m bummed, I hope they aren’t duds.

Try at a different time.

Ok, solved the issue, even though it was weird. For the record, I had cleared my cache earlier and tried 3 different browsers. This time I went in and only added 2 bands. They went through just fine, So then I added in last 2, and they went through just fine? Gremlins…... It made zero sense to me but I guess the system didn’t like it. Anyhow, it’s all good! Thanks everyone.
