Hi Everyone

I called at 7 AM this morning exactly, and it took about 15 minutes to get a agent on the WDW-DINE line.

I got all my reservations, except for Le Cellier which was completely sold out on Tuesday May 12th. I am staying onsite at the DVC Beach Club Villas, so I got to use the 90 plus 10 day rule.

I was able to get mostly Evening reservations for:

O'Hanas on Sunday May 10th.
Rose and Crown on Tuesday May 12th.
Cape May on Wednesday May 13th.
Hollywood and Vine FANTASMIC PACKAGE on Thursday May 14th.
Boma's on Friday May 15th.
Tusker House /Finding Nemo Ticket Option for Saturday May 16th at 1 PM.
Crystal Palace for Monday May 18th.

I did confirm that the FANTASMIC PACKAGE has not offered Prime Time 50s for over a year or more, and according to the agent they never offer it anymore. I heard some different informaton on the DIS that they thought they offered it once in a while, supposedly this is NOT true.

I was glad to get the FANTASMIC package, with a 4:30 sitting, the latest one available for the package. I can confirm that FANTASMIC is scheduled for that evening, according to the DISNEY site and the Agent. (May 14th Thursday).

Question: If it is rained out, and one uses the FANTASMIC PACKAGE, do you totally loose out on seeing FANTASMIC that week?
I have only one park ticket available for HS this coming vacation. I am guessing you just loose out on the chance to see it if it rains.

I called yesterday for my father; he is going 5/5-5/12 and asked the CM to check for Le Cellier for any of those days and there was one ADR open for a party of 3 at 4:45 so I booked it. I'm assuming that there are still "slots" opened, it just depends on the size of your party. Keep calling, every day, and you may have some luck! :thumbsup2

What is your party size? If it's 2 and they have nothing open ask for 3 and I bet slots will open.

Sorry OP, if Fantasmic gets rained out that evening you do lose your seating ticket. They will not honor it at another showing.

Great job on the ADRs you did get! I'd keep calling for LeCellier.

Today the CM said "OH! There is an opening!" So I got very excited then she said, "Oh, sorry. Nevermind. That table is open for four so two of you can't take it." Who knows.

Another consideration is that they supposedly only free up some of the tables before the actual 90 day mark. You may have better luck calling at exactly 90 days before May 12.

Good luck - I hope you get what you want.

Thanks Everyone for your advice, I will call again, and even check in May at Disney as well. I am getting reservations for two adults.

If I ask for a table for 3, and only 2 of us show up, will they get MAD !?

Call back and say you are a party of 3 and you can get the table.

LeCellier is the first ADR I request. Whatever day I can get is the day I take, and then I schedule the rest of the days around my LeCellier ADR.

We will be in WDW May 6-13. This is the first time I have gotten a dinner LeCellier ADR out of the last 5 trips. We have gotten lunch ADRs. And I have just about given up on trying to get in any time during Sept Free Dining.

Another sad thing to remember is that the 90 day window is based on your day of arrival. So when you book ADR's you can book them for your full stay. So everyone that is arriving during the previous week or so can book before you even get a chance.

I was on the line this morning with them right a 7 and I didn't get Le Cellier either, we are a party of 2. I booked Teppan Edo instead, but will try again later on this week. If not it's not the end of the world:goodvibes

Here is what I formulated from my research and observations:

Tuesday is a busy day for Epcot. In an ideal world, people want to visit MK Monday, EP Tues, DS Wed and AK Thurs. That just seems to be the trend. Ask for Wed Epcot ADRs and suddenly there are a bunch of times available.

With the 90 plus 10 day rule for on-site guests, if you have trouble, try booking your LeCellier/CRT/etc. as late in your trip as possible, as fewer people have access to those days (ex. I try to book CRT on my second day of my 5 day trip, people who arrive earlier than me have been booking for that day for 10 days already. If I try to book CRT for my last day, there have only been 5 days worth of people arriving before me that have had access to book that day. Clear as mud?)

If your party size is not available, add 1 if you are an even number party, add 2 if you are an odd number party. This will qualify your party for the next available table size (plus tables for a party of 2 are too small anyway). They won't say anything when you show up with less. Hey, this was made 3 months in advance, plans change, right? Cheating? Maybe a little. But seriously, those tables for a party of 2 are ridiculous. We can barely fit our drinks, silverware and entree plates. Nevermind if you want to keep nibbling on an appetizer or keep your bread plate on the table. It ain't happening.

I got LeCellier for Thursday the 14th when I called this morning- party of 4.

We will be at BCV starting 5/10 as well!!!

I would say who cares if they get mad. The way I look at it is they got me mad on Jan. 31st. I had ADR's several months out for 3. They stuck us at a four topper sitting in the middle of the walkway just in front of the rest rooms. In addition on one side of the table was the silverware station and on the other side of the table was the credit card machine. When I asked the manager politely if we could move she said NO, we either had to sit there or forfit our reservation. Food was great but this really did tick us off.

So I say let them get MAD. ;)

The only restaurants where it is a problem to ask for a larger party than your real party is at ones that require a credit card (California Grill, Norway, CRT, etc). With this, you will probably get charged a no-show fee for the missing person.
Otherwise, just tell them the real number when you arrive.

Can anyone describe Le Cellier for me? We usually have so many choices that we want to eat at while at Epcot...this place never comes up. Whats with all the hype about it?? Share!!

This was my first thought. The Fantasmic Pkg requires a credit card guarantee, so if you give ask for a bigger table you would be charged for the extra people. I know this from personal experience. This past Sept I woke up ill the morning we were supposed to go to Akershus, so sent my mom and husband on without me. Once I got home and went to pay my credit card, I noticed an extra dining/entertainment charge that I didn't recognize, so called to check on it, only to find that I had been charged the no show fee for Akershus, even though everyone else in my party did show up.

I made ADRs Sunday morning for my May 9th-16th trip and the CM told me Fantasmic was only showing once that week (on either Sunday or Monday, I forget). Anyway, I was able to get a Fantasmic pkg that night, but only at 3:55pm.

We will also be there the 9th to the 16th but we were told Fantasmic will be on Thursday the 14th also. We have a Mama Melrose package at 4:30pm. I hope our CM was correct or I will be dissapointed.

I called Sunday at 7am and immediately got a CM for reservations. I started right with Le Cellier and could not get the 12th. So rather than date hop I asked her to check availability for 6 on our entire stay. There was only 1 time on any of the days. I took it. Of course she told me that we could split the party 3 and 3. 4 and 2 may have worked, but not 3 and 3 (my parents should not need to take one of our children). Good luck trying to get something. Perhaps a late lunch at Le Cellier would work for you?

I have talked with 3 different CMs that have told us that Fantasmic is the 10th and 14th that week. In fact it is actually listed on the Disney World calendar via the Canadian website (sad how it is better than the US one).
