My sister and her family were going with us to US this year and we all decided it would be best to get the 2 year Burger King APs. Well, it looks like they might not be able to go this year - they won't know until June 17th and we arrive on June 29th.

My question is since I won't be receiving anything with their names on it, is it possible to sell those vouchers to someone who missed out on the 2-year deal? I had them mailed to me and I should get them by the end of the week so I will know more what they look like then.

Thanks,
Tammie

Well, I got them today and they say non transferrable. So I guess that means I'm really not supposed to sell them. Anyone think US would allow me to return them?

All of the information is matched from the voucher to their system, so I don't think you will be able to sell them or return them.

Sorry to hear about your dilemma.

All of what information? My credit card number? I bought them from their website and only gave my name, address and cc number. I didn't have to give anyone elses name. My neighbor may be interested. If I wanted to sell them to him for face value, how would it be different than making my sister pay me back for purchasing them?

If I remember correctly, I think when you activate them, you have to have the Credit Card that you used to buy them. At least that is what I read on their website before I purchased mine, so I am guessing your neighbor would have to have that CC as well?

Since you will have the tickets in hand, I don't think they would have a problem using them. I think they would need the cc if they were picking them up at the park but they will already have the actual ticket for entrance. They won't know that those tickets were intended for someone else since the names aren't already registered.

I think it all depends on whether you got the electronic voucher or the actual vouchers sent to you through the mail. I purchased my DH's AP online and got the electronic ticket that cost $2. He needed to take the print out to a ticket kiosk where he had to swipe the CC used to purchase the ticket for verification. The kiosk then printed out a ticket voucher which he took to the ticket window to exchange for his AP. He then entered the park and got his picture taken.
If you have the actual voucher, then you may be OK. The person using it should be able to take it right up to the ticket window and exchange it for an AP. They would then go in and have their picture taken. I can't see how it would make any difference if it was your sister or your neighbor that you "bought" the ticket for.
My sister does not have internet access and I will be purchasing her tickets online and using my CC. The only difference is that she is getting the 5 for 2 day pass and not the AP.
