Ok you AAA experts, here's a question for you...
I booked a nine night stay at the CBR at regular rack rate. Then we joined AAA, so I knew I could get a discount. I had been told that you had to have a AAA travel agent book your stay for you so that you could get the discount.
I called CRO because I needed to know if I was going to need to cancel my first reservation in order for AAA to make one for me. The CM said, "nope, we can use that same reservation and just apply the discount for you". She checked to see if there were any AAA discounts available, came back on the phone and said "how would you like to save $300?" YAY
Now I'm wondering though...is that going to be ok once we get there? AAA said they needed to be the ones making the reservation in order for the discount to apply. Help?!
