And why they were just letting it sit there. I was on the Key of the Kingdom Tour on Monday, September 17th. My guide, Dave, said they were planning on doing something, but it would take alot of money and alot of time. He said that beneth 20,000 was the dressing rooms and locker rooms for the Cast Members, and that was affecting the reconstruction of that area. They would have to figure out how to make the change and what they would do with the Cast Members who were in that area that would be affected. He also said they weren't quite sure how to do it yet. But they were planning on doing something....

Well, whatever, but I just thought I'd post on here what I heard. I don't know if it's true or not. But, that's all I know. This may have been posted before, I don't know. Just thought I'd pass it along. Have a good day...
 :)

Hey... thanks for the 'congrats' thedscoop... I really appriciate it!

:)

Yes, congratulations! :) Thanks for the report too. I wonder if they will EVER decide what they want to do?

I would like to see it return as 20K!

I say bring it back!

Although we'll have 1 less sub, since #12 (the slowest in the fleet) is now at Castaway Cay.

The navigators sail is still just like it was in 1994.

A Major Attractionn is needed badly. A e-night attraction type of deal. A RollerCoaster. Fire/Bald Moutnain rumor has been dead for a while but it sounded good with the whole volcano deal. Any Comments..

Badger Brent - Thank you! Stay warm this winter! :)

ContempoSMT - I agree they need something... and something good. Good being the key word here. It's been sitting there doing not much of anything for a long time. I get the impression they know they need to do something good with the space, so let's keep our fingers crossed!

I’m in a wicked mood tonight so I’ll throw out one suggestion…

Bring back the sub ride! Turn the subs into glass-bottomed boats, and then change the bottom of the lagoon from mud to glass. Since the Cast Members dressing rooms are below the lagoon, it would turn that sub ride into truly an e-ticket adventure that would rival anything offered anywhere.

Okay, back to reality. WDW is a FAMILY place. WDW is a FAMILY place. WDW is a FAMILY place…

...dear Lord, have you any idea what you've just unleashed?

The rainbow parade of bouncies in 'Scoop's next post _alone_ will likely shut down the server...

Jeff

PS: And now that I think about it, I'm not certain Landbaron won't abuse that particular infomation, either...

PPS: I'd intended to use a smilie on this post to express the good-naturedness of it all, but I'm sitting here like a deer in headlights at my new options...

Yes Spago, quickly... QUICKLY delete that post before Landbaron sees it!

WOW, I've found the single greatest smillie of them all.
