I Applied for a Disney Visa... Now What?

Anyone know how long it takes to find out if you are accepted for the Disney Visa? The form said 30 days via mail, but I still haven't heard anything.

Anyone know if you have to have excellent credit? I have okay credit, so I think I will be fine.

Also what are the benefits of having one?

I would say it took about 2 weeks to get my card. After that you have to wait until your first billing cycle to see any rewards.

You can look at all of the current offers on the Bank One website after you get your card, but right now there aren't any very good ones. None for WDW vacations at all.

I think most of us thought there would be some pretty good deals for Disney VISA cardholders, but we were wrong (IMO). It is still nice to accrue the reward dollars and have some of your vacation paid for though.

I'm pretty sure you have to have very good to excellent credit to receive one. My guess from reading about others getting the card is a FICO score of 680 or higher.

Hmmm... I know I have a credit score over 600, but I don't think it's excellent. I hope I get one, it would be a bummer to be denied! I applied for one because I heard you could get a good discount on Disney resorts.
