well the problem is solved! I cried to my mom on the phone for nearly 30 min explaining how I know made enemies on the disboard for asking a question... which got me a warning!

So she said she will come with us! She will get a room at DLH and take a kid or two into her room!!!

So I feel so much better now and I get a trip with my mom along!

Now I wonder how we can arrange a connecting room if we booked by different people. i booked thru Costco- and she will booking directly thru the hotel. I have a pin code- but I dont know if she can use it.. Do you guys know? Its for $192 a night.

First, I would not worry about it. Sounds like you were booking to many to one room, not good for since you could be evicted due to the fire codes.

PIN codes are usually tied to an email address, when you use it just give them the right name, what you will check in with.

You can call COSTCO and request the connecting rooms and keep you fingers crossed, do the same at check in.

Why not book both rooms yourself using the pin code?

thats a good idea! hehe ... all of those are good ideas... except for me using the pin code because I already booked thru costco- or can I call costco and have the price reduced? I dont know, the more I think about it- it gets complicated! LOL

The PIN code won't work for Costco Travel.

Crunch the numbers, see if booking things separately will be cheaper than paying the cancellation fee for the package, etc etc.

Your mom can book separately & then ask to link her reservation to yours. We did this (my brother & I booked separately at DLH through Southwest) and we were able to link our reservations & make special requests i.e. tower & having our rooms either connecting or close by.

I too have requested (and received) connecting rooms though this was at WDW. I'm sure you can request it directly with the hotel.
