How often do you use a deep fryer and what do you cook in yours?

Right now I have home made jalapeno poppers ready to go in mine.

I use it for poppers (duh!!), onion rings, french fries, home made tortilla chips, chicken wings, mozarella cheeses sticks to name a few.

If my dh knew you were making wings, he'd be right over!!!
I only use mine occasionally because I try not to deep fry too much, but when I do use it, I make wings, fried ravioli, rice balls, french fries, there are so many things that I'd like to try, but I have to be good - wdw is only 6 weeks away!!!

We have one, used it 3x, and will be selling it at a garage sale in the fall. Just too big of a mess and hassle for us.

When we did use it, we tried fried okra and onion rings in it.

We have a deep fryer and use it every once in awhile for either wings or fries. I need to get more creative with my deep fryer!

When DH makes a big breakfast he does his homefries in the deep fryer. They are so good! We do cheese sticks and homemade french fries,too. I never think to do chicken wings. I'll have to try that.
