No one told me about it when I was at WL all last week, had a great time but I called the hotel, the person I talked to said they dont tell you he thought it was in the brochure when you sin in, I have to be honest I dont read that book, so I am a little angry no wait really angry, I og there every year and I just saw this last night on here

In fairness, Disney has been offering various BounceBack promotions for several years, and usually the information is posted on various forums on the DIS. Respectfully, I hope you're less upset with Disney than with yourself, since apparently the information IS available in paperwork you neglected to read.

from what i hear (and from what i've seen), the bounce back is available in the info packet you get when you check in and i believe on the table in the room when i checked in.

I'm sure if you talked to enough people you could get the code. be persistent, but nice

They did tell you about it. It was in your packet of information. There is also, usually, another brochure on the table of your room. No guest is verbally "told" about it. All communication is in writing, as it has been for the past few years that they've been offering bounceback. You were given the same opportunity as every other guest.

I'm sorry that you missed it.

We were at WDW about 2 weeks ago, staying at the Poly. There was information in the folder they give you when you check-in, and there was also info about it laying on the desk in the room (very much out in the open). They don't verbally tell you about it. Sorry if you missed seeing/reading the information. If you call now and try to get the bounce-back offer, I'm not sure if they would give it to you, since you are required to actually make the bounce-back reservation BEFORE you check-out, from your CURRENT stay.

Sorry you missed getting the bounceback, it's hard to keep up with all the special offers Disney can have at any one time. I always feel like I must have missed *some* great deal whenever I go .

Sorry OP that you missed seeing the paperwork, or seeing it on your room tv.

It is a shame you missed it, as its usually a great deal, you are certainly not the first and unfortunately not the last.

BUT, there are so many great deals with Disney out there that you will likely find something even better...heres hoping it comes your way.....

Go to the disney website (go under a different email account, dh perhaps) and go for a package then close it out before you "pay"..you'll get a pop up and write in it, you are looking for a better deal....
Many have been sucessfully getting pins,
from first hand experience, I got 2 pins (same ones for 2010) for both the dh and myself Right after I did this, literally within days..........so good luck! Ya just never know....
