I am thinking about getting into DVC. How do I get the current rates?

Minybear the link for the resale agents is in Chris's post above. DVC does not do resales. As previously mentionned two reputable places are The Timeshare Store and A Timeshare Broker. I don't have info on 10% down. The current Disney promotion is for a limited time. If sales are brisk they may cut it back, but in all likelihood there will be some offer or other. The price will go up to $80/pt on June 2. Resale prices are subject to individual negotiation. Please do a search into past posts regarding resales and you will get a lot more information.

Thanks everyone. Right now hopefully disney will be calling me on Saturday to discuss this and then later on send me all the prices. Plus I want to put down 20% so I will need to wait for a little while on that.

At least I know a little bit more now then prior. My goal for now is to purchase 250 pts.
