I'd like to lose 15 or 20 myself. And tone up. I'm a size 8 or 10. I'd like to lose the belly fat and thunder thighs. My clothes hide a lot. No where to hide in a swim suit.
I have tried to lose it. I just keep reverting to my old eating habits and not exercising enough.

I'm 5'5" and have lost 17lbs in the past month, with 107 more lbs to go til normal weight. I would pass out if I fit into a single digit size again! I would LOVE to know more details of your diet plan too.
