My DSIL called today to ask if it would be ok with us for her to take DS8 to Disney World with her this summer. Of course, we said yes, she has always been very close to the boys. DSIL is single, so she tends to spoil our 2 boys as they are the only nephews she has.
She goes to Florida every year and spends 2 weeks, between Busch Gardens, Sea World and Disney World with most of the time being spent a Disney. This will be her Christmas present to him this year, she is paying for tickets and food, all we have to supply is spending money. He is going to be so excited 2 weeks of 1 on 1 time with his favorite aunt in their favorite place. He has never been to Busch Gardens and has only been to Sea World once back just before he turned 5.
She will also let DS6 know that the summer he is 8 he will get to go to Florida with her, so that he doesn't think he is getting left out. She is waiting for them to be old enough to be gone from us that long. She also wants to feel comfortable knowing that when they take restroom breaks that which ever one she has will wait outside the women's room for her and not wander off.
