I am so thrilled....

I went shopping the other day with my dd for school clothes and I saw a pair of capris that I liked , I took one off the rack , it was a size 16, for the heck of it I took a size 18 too and I went to try them both on. The size 18 was too big and the 16 fit just right!! Oh I am so excited, besides that, the doctor found NOTHING wrong with me on my yearly physical, my cholesterol is 180 which is nothing , and the rest of the bloodwork came back all fine. My weight has gone down and I feel better, he said keep doing what I am doing.
Life is good!!

dznee, it will happen, I don't follow any specific diet, just eating sensibly and exercising more, I have lost 38 lbs since I started doing this just about a year ago now. If I can loose weight, trust me , anyone can!! Just hang in there...

Im going next wk to have my cholesterol tested again. Hoping its lower than it was in May. It was slightly under 200 - doc wants it lower
