I am so proud of myself!

I am finally doing it! I'm getting this weight off!! I have been dieting since January 5th (my 31st birthday)! Tonight we are going out to eat (salad for me!) and I was going through my closet. I came across a black leather vest that I bought a few years ago on a super sale in the hopes of either one day getting into it, or giving it to someone else! Well it fits!! It has not even come close to fitting before. If I zip it completly its a bit tight so I am wearing it open but I can't believe it!! I also bought one of the 101 Dalmation Disney Jackets year before last in an XL in the hopes of again getting into it or giving it to my mom. Well I tried it on and it fits perfectly!! I'm so thrilled!! In less than a month I am seeing definate huge differences in my clothes! I still have a long way to go but for the first time I have the willpower and self determination to make it!!

Great job. How are you doing it? Are you just cutting down what you are eating? I've been on a diet since November, I finally got the willpower. It's great getting into clothes that haven't fit in years. I've lost 36 pounds and have more to go. It's a start. Keep up the great work.
