I just e-mailed the concierge at the Beach Club (thanks DISers for the tip 
) where we will be staying for our vaation in July. Within an hour, Randall had called me and chatted about our snow in MD and what to expect when we arrive. He even put a memo on my parent's reservation for them NOT to be contacted since we are surprising them with the upgrade. 
Then I logged on and saw my e-mail and he e-mailed me a follow up to our phone call.
