I am so frustrated..

I am so sick of all the crap at my school. I'm sure most of you have read about all the gangs, drugs, fights, arrests, bomb threats, etc., etc., at my school, but this tops it. Yesterday some kid brought a gun to school. Apparently he bent over in class and the gun fell out of his pocket and he was arrested. I didn't even hear about it yesterday, I saw it on the news this morning. My question is, how the heck did he walk around all day with a gun in his pocket and no one even knew? The kids at my school are idiots. So apparently they're considering putting in metal detectors in my school and getting drug/bomb sniffing dogs to patrol the halls. I CANNOT wait until I graduate. June can't come fast enough..

When I think about it, last year is when it started getting really bad at my school and it's just rolled over into this year. The way I see it, they need to stop bussing kids in from Hartford and East Hartford. I mean, are there no schools in their town that they have to come to my town? My school is already over-populated by like 700 students. There's about 2,000 students in the school, when it's only made to hold around 1,500.

Oh yea, last night this kid I know was jumped. 3 guys beat the crap out of him and stole his wallet.

City of village charm?... Yea right..

Yikes! That's scary... Some people... At my cousins' school, there was a lock-down today. Cause there was a student who went berserk and started "verbally abusing" staff and other students and had a "possibility to hurt others". "The green township (my township) police and staff quicly took care of the situation." In short, a kid cussed his head off and started beating others up. The police tackled him and had him arrested. Wow, some people overdo things, but that went WAY too far!

There was almost a huggeee scrap today..


Some really skinny and short kid called the biggest girl in our school [shes a wrestler and about 6'0 and 170lbs] fat and overweight many times. She freaking ran at him and totally slammed him into a desk, our about 5'0 90lbs teacher was trying to stop her, finally she stopped and he still hasn't learned his lesson.

Alrighty..

I've decided to use this thread to vent whenever something happens at my school.. (Feel free to use it for your venting purposes as well..)

Ok so today at lunch my friend Steph had her cell phone stolen. The worst part is it was stolen right out of her pocket. Here's the story:

We all went to throw away our lunches and these 2 guys walked up behind Steph. She keeps her cell in her back pocket (it's a Razr) and she said she suddenly felt someone touch her butt. When she checked, her cell was gone. Stacia stopped the 2 guys and started yelling at them (she wasn't really yelling, but you could tell she was pissed). They kept saying that they didn't have it so Steph was like, well show me what's in your pockets. They refused and started turning it into a race thing. They were like, oh blame it on the black kids, blah, blah, blah (everything at my school is turned into a race thing whether it is or not). Keep in mind that that we were some of the last kids in the cafeteria because our lunch wave had just gotten out and eveyone had left so we pretty much knew it was them (they were the only ones around us when it happened). So the 2 guys walked away and Mitch (one of the security guards) came up to us and asked us what happened. Steph told him and he asked if we were sure that it didn't fall out of her pocket. She was sure, but regardless, me, Lauren and Weez (aka Sarah) went back to the table we were sitting at and looked around. It wasn't there, go figure. So Mitch told them to go to the Student Resource Office and ask them to rewind the security camera footage back to 11:27 and see if it caught what happened and if it was those 2 guys. So off Steph and Stacia went. I don't know what happened after that because Lauren, Weez, and I had to leave. I don't think she got it back yet.

And another thing, my grandma had to pick me up at school today (my mom's car crapped out so she's using mine for I don't know how long). I get out early and she said as she was waiting she heard a 'thump' on the back of her car. She asked me to see what it was, and when I looked, she had melted chocolate all over her trunk. Someone had thrown it out the window and it landed on her car.

Go MHS.. Such a wonderful school.. Again, I CANNOT wait til June..
