My VMK person's name is BlueRedJake and he is very poor... I only have a rug, a barrel chair, and madame leota's books.

To get to the point, does anybody have code cards that i can use?

~I already used the credit codes and some how I am still poor~

Using the credit codes, visiting all the NPCs and playing your first music mix and first games of jungle cruise, haunted mansion, fireworks and pirates should get you a lot more credits than it takes to buy what you have so far. Do all of those and see how much you've got. We've all been there. Everyone starts poor.

If you play the mini games, you'll get credits rather quickly. Find the game you're best at, and play it often. In no time, you'll have many credits to buy whatever you need to decorate your rooms. Have fun in VMK!

Unfortunately, like the real world, VMK requires you have to work to get something . Like Little Debbie said play mini-games, that is how we all earn our credits.

Read the Player's Guide stickied at the top of the forum. I believe that there are multiplayer codes listed there for credits. But you can use them only once per character. :)

That will get you started. Then play the mini games a lot and get your NPC's daily. You'll eventually get rich. :)

Keep an eye out for player quests, they are usually easy and lots of them give credits or furniture as prizes.

You can play your music mix every hour for 25 credits, it adds up!

Get your friends together to play some friendly pirates. Take turns letting each other win so you all get credits.

get all NPC's every day! thats almost 200 credits a day.

If you log in as soon as VMK opens and go straight to Jungle Cruise game you can usually get on hig score list for 750 credits every day also.

There are plenty of ways to get VMK stuff without asking for handouts, we all had to do it, it is part of the fun!
Good Luck!

You might also want to hang out in your room on Makeovers days and hope that Sparky will visit you! It's sort of a long shot, but might work!

you can play ned for 20 credits no matter what your score, you can also play host games and do quests, like the one going on now for rare-ish items

Hello and Welcome to the DIS

I have PM'd (private messaged) you some codes from the games on line that give VMK codes for items. You can use the link below to access the "DIS" VMK player's guide. It will give you links to play the games and get more codes. Hope you enjoy the DIS and VMK.

Oh God, PLEASE don't start that "I'm poor" junk here. It's bad enough to have it on VMK. :worried:

Hahaha! I've been playing vmk since June 2005 and I'm STILL poor! LOL Gonna give me free credits? LOL
Seriously, play the mini-games, visit the NPC's daily, play your music mixes. This really is the only way to earn credits on vmk. Once you acquire more items, you can begin trading them for better items, if you so choose.
Have fun and don't get discouraged. There are lots of ways to earn credits on vmk and even more ways to spend them! LOL

Am poor. Ned a leson in speling and gramre, since I new player. Gimme codes and credit, cause I new and poor. Am deserve more then you cause I nicer and am new and cant get money. Am also on quest, so lose to me in pirates, or esle I sue and reprot yuo to Hots_Hula.

Now, let me just say (disclaimer, if you will), that this was not aimed directly at the OP, but to everyone in general that does this. I am slightly sick and tired of "new" people asking for handouts. I was new last April. I did not go around asking for "free". I played the game for the FUN of it. Everything else just came after.

So, this is not sarcasm/ridicule towards a single player, but to a group of players that I believe I accurately described in my jest.

Now, let me also say that I just got away with saying Hula was Hot. :lmao:

Ditto LOL. I just get bored with the games.

If your the 20% of the VMK Population that stinks at fireworks. Play Pirates it gives like 200 something credits if you win.

People ask me for free all the time. I say: gives them an invisible hat, and end the trade. This usually seperates the newbs from others, as some newbs don't know how to report.
Sorry if I offended anyone.

Heres a tip I can give ya:
Not trying to be rude or anything, but don't ask for things or tell people you are new and "poor". We were all new here once, and each and every one of us worked are ways up. Just try and give it your all. These people that have posted on this board have some great suggestions that help.
Heres another thing: For every 100th win on hm you get 2,000 extra
For every 100th time you play your song you get 2,000 extra

You can play your music mix every 15 minutes for 25 credits, actually.

You can also get NPC credits every 12 hours. So if you could login when VMK opens and visit the NPCs, and then again 12 hours later, you will get the credits again.

You can also Crash for Cash...that is, play Jungle cruise and just crash into the sides until you run out of gas...20 points per!

For every 100th time you play your song you get 2,000 extra

Not for me.
50th Play of song: 375 credits
100th Play of song: 750 credits

Just sayin'.
