I wanted to say thanks and how delicious it was. I am talking about the black bean dip. This recipe was buried in one of these posts, but I can't find it. Well, I made it this past Sunday for a Tupperware party and it was a huge hit!
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 16 oz jar of salsa
2 avacados
1 16 oz sour cream
lemon juice
garlic salt
1 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese( I used sharp)
1 small can of sliced black olives
Mix beans with salsa and spread in 11 x 7 dish. Mash avacados, mix with a tbsp of lemon juice, a sprinkle of garlic salt to taste and the carton of sour cream. Spread on top of beans/salsa. Top with cheese and black olives. Put in fridge for several hours for flavors to blend. Eat with chips!
This is not word for word the orginal recipe posted! This is very good. Thanks!
