I hate to drain the fat off of ground beef. I still have not found a way to do it that's easy, disposable, and non-disgusting.

Put it in a colander and drain into a cup. I'm bad and drain mine right down the disposal. Not only do I put it in a collander, I rinse it

I never have..Not in the 15 years I'vee been cooking for a family.. I *know * it's not good,but I do it anyway.I just make sure to run the hot water for a while after..If I'm being good I drain it into a cup and then scoop it into the trash after is congeals
