I Am NOT a Bad, Bad Baby -- TR final updates 9/12

As long as you knew where to meet it's okay that the tree wasn't there ;)

OKW looks beautiful.

I always hear great things about Olivia's. I need to get over there someday to have a try myself.

Mary: Loved the intro and the current photos of the girls. They are all growing before our eyes!

Kathy: I LOVE those wheat thin crackers too. Funny that it's the little things that we look forward to on flights. Too bad the parents didn't make that seat kicker sit on their feet so they wouldn't bother you! Not sure why parents' ignore obnoxious behavior of their kids these days.

Ha ha! A turtle krawl already made an appearance in your TR! That's awesome! :thumbsup2 I'm interested to see if you eat breakfast at Olivias. You don't see too many dining reviews for that restaurant.

But we had a great location in Building 25 on *****ular Road...a two minute walk to Hospitality House and a two minute walk to our bus stop. We normally took the bus from *****ular Road since it was the first one picked up and we were guaranteed a seat. But I'm getting ahead of myself.

May I buy an N, please?

The food looks good. The first Disney meal is exciting, isn't it? :)

Old Key West is lovely. I have yet to stay here, but we are thinking we may rent points for it for our March 2015 trip.

Sorry about your flight :sad2: One time I flew from California to New York next to a guy that smelled, so not fun :sad2: Never had anyone kicking me from behind on a plane, it's an almost daily thing in my mini van though :confused3

OKW is lovely, love your pictures

Olivia's looks yummo. I was almost tempted to switch an ADR.

Can't wait to read more :goodvibes

Nice intro Mary! The girls are getting so grown up. I just love their smiles, and watching them grow the past few years following on the DIS! :cheer2: I certainly understand about the AP expiring and gymnastics taking up so much time, but it is great you got this trip in to hold you over until you can go again in the future.

Kathy, great idea going in to work for a couple hours and making the trip to the airport easier. Glad you had a good flight, well except for the seat kicking and the arm snoozing......... :crazy2:

I just love OKW, and you made a great choice opting to eat at Olivia's. But please don't promote it too much on here. I love that not many people know about it and you can usually do a walk-up there when you want to add a last minute sit-down meal. :goodvibes

Sounds like a great start to your trip! It's always so nice when you get through bag check and security quickly. Bummer though that you had some rude people around you.

Olivia's looks wonderful! I have yet to eat there since it is so far out of the way. Someday though I will try it!

What a rude seat kicker and mommy on your flight. :headache:

Those girls truly are beautiful, love the sparkly hat! That looks like something my youngest DD would wear, too! :thumbsup2

Okay, I may have to give Olivia's a try some time just for the Shephard's Pie!!! :duck: I love shephard's pie, but since my family doesn't care for it I don't make it at home typically. :worried:

The girls are getting so grown up, so sweet! I love the picture of you and them at the airport - just darling!

Some people really are oblivious, aren't they? Sorry to hear your seat was being kicked and you were someone's sleeping pillow. :headache:

Olivia's is a great place - I've read so-so reviews in the past and I can't figure out why. Everything I've had there has been very good, and the service is great too.

Your room is nice! I just love OKW, what a great resort.

Joining in ! sounds like it was a great trip and thanks for the tidbit about free snacks on Southwest (we are using them in late Sept! and Hubs will be glad there is a snack)

Mary and I had been texting, messaging and talking constantly the last couple of days. Avery kept saying she wanted to go now.

Oh, come on. You were saying it too.

We were 15 minutes late leaving because some people just can't seem to get their luggage situated and their butts in their seats.

Well, it is hard to fit full-size suitcases into those overhead bins. :rolleyes1

I snoozed off and on when the kid behind me wasn't kicking my seat while his mother totally ignored him or the woman next to me wasn't snoring and her head falling on my arm. :crazy2:

Time to get that elbow up. :rolleyes1

The first of many changed plans in the trip was we decided NOT to go to DTD for dinner, but to eat at a favorite place right at our resort: Olivia's.

I still haven't been here, but I think I need to put it on the list sometime.

Page 8???

Geesh......

Mary i have to say you have BEAUTIFUL and so very talented girls!!! :worship:

So far i am glad the trip is working out... cannot wait to hear all the changes..

Kathy we were thinking about you on the 29th! IF we had time we were going to stop in there and say HELLO!!!!

We had a fun trip overall, There were some moments that were especially great and not so great. This will be our last trip for awhile since our AP's expired and gymnastics is taking up lots of time and $$$.
Well, that part about it being a while until the next trip kind of stinks, but I'm glad the girls are enjoying and excelling at their activities. It will be busy, but hopefully a fun time for all of you.

I arrived at the airport in a timely fashion. I checked my luggage curbside and was through security...all within 15 minutes. Good start to the trip.
::yes:: Of course that's how it always goes when you allow for plenty of time. If you were in a hurry it would take 2 hours to get through security.

We were 15 minutes late leaving because some people just can't seem to get their luggage situated and their butts in their seats. But finally we were in the air
I don't know how, but it seems there are a lot of people who fly that have never once in their life played Tetris. :lmao:

Yep... typical flight. :rotfl2:

Seems like a good idea to me. :thumbsup2

Our tummies full, what should we do next?

Well, I guess you will all just have to come back to find out. :)
Ok... you made it through an airport update without mention of stopping by a Starbucks either en route to the airport or in the airport. I'm impressed. :lmao:

I promise I will get to replies as soon as I can.

Unfortunately, we had some bad news today. My husband was let go at his job. I only posted this on one of the Disney Facebook groups and not my home page because I am friends with some of Mark's former co-workers.

This on top of my mother having been in the hospital for the past week now.

Plus, I'm having issues with Memory Maker and getting the pictures uploaded to Facebook.
