The Bald Eagle was probably the coolest part of the show other than the bird that was right in front of us.















It really was great show. I hope to see it again next time I am in AK. The birds are just beautiful.

After Flights of Wonder we headed towards the new Harambe Market which was not open yet the last time I was in AK.





I didn't get anything to eat while in there but it really was a nice new addition to my favorite park. I ended up going to get a Dole Whip while we were in the area though. Soon after looking in the shop near there my parents were off their Safari and said it was one of the best they have ever been on. Our next Item on the agenda was my absolute favorite show. Festival of the Lion King.

I think it's supposed to open up late next week, and we got on Saturday. So, fingers crossed. If it is still closed, then I might have to get a dole whip and a cupcake to console myself

I love the FOW show! I've seen it multiple times and it's different every time because they use different birds. So I always like going back and seeing it again. I missed it though at the end of January because it was closed for renovations.

Hmmm...that's a different Guano Joe than I've ever seen before, but I've seen the other CM before. We've seen flights of wonder that we've seen most of the variations on the show - the bird tricks do change slightly from show to show. Glad you got to see it. It's definitely a good show - and helps put the "animal" in Animal Kingdom.

Thanks for that! That is usually my family's go-to CS at AK, but we haven't been in a few years. They have yummy sandwiches, never crowded and the seating area is shaded and pretty. I called it "The Restaurant that Time Forgot" because nobody knew about it.

And now they have Dole Whips?!?
