I am missing Disney sooooooo much!

We were just at DL in the beginning of June and it feels like forever since we were there! I have been missing any and all things Disney (DL, WDW, DCL) the past couple of weeks and its killing me.

Maybe it's because fall is just about here. Kids are starting school on Monday, I'm back to work on Monday as well and we usually have a Halloween trip planned in Oct but this year we dont. Instead we are taking a non-Disney trip to San Francisco- never been there and it should be fun. But I still miss DL so much right now!!!

As you can see we have 2 Disney cruises planned for next year but they can't seem to get here soon enough. I'm really wanting to plan a WDW trip for Fall 2011. DH would probably flip if I seriously told him that though.

I think this Disney obsession is overtaking me! I need serious help!

I too am missing DLR very much. I am a rather newbie to Disneyland and have never been to any other Disney resort or cruise. I went to DLR for the first time in 2008 for xmas and fell in love with it. I since have been 3 times, last time was in 09/09 for 7 days. It’s almost been a year now and I am having huge withdraws and have been using the DISboard to get some release. I search for TR’s so that I can imagine that it’s me there and live vicariously though the person giving the TR. Is that weird? My next trip to DLR is in 413 days (Sept. 24th 2011) and it CAN’T get here fast enough. I will be getting a HUGE dose of Disney in ’11 and ’12 since I will be getting PAP’s

So please for the people like me who live off your TR’s PLEASE do them and include pictures.

I get what you're saying, though...I haven't been since April & usually go during the summer as well...didn't do the summer trip this year. So, besides missing Disneyland I'm also missing my break from the AZ summer heat!

You could always watch your favorite rides on Youtube....not quite the same as being there, but it "helps". And then there's listening to Disney music, and of course living vicariously through peoples' trip reports/etc here on the Disboards.

I wore my Disneyland pajamas last night because I missed being at Disney, so you're certainly not alone in your Disney obsession!

I totally understand! I was there in early June and can't wait to go back! We are actually going back in 3 weeks and it seems like an eternity to me!
My son got lucky and went to LA with a friend and his family this week so he got to go for a day. (im soooo jealous)

I'm having serious withdrawls for WDW too. I went last year (Sept) and thought ehhhh its ok but I like DL better but that lasted a couple of months and since then I have been obsessing about getting back there (free dining again would be good too but I cant pull the kids out of high school again for the dates its offered, my son fell too behind) So I am aiming for April 2011 or June 2011 to celebrate my 40th! I have a couple of friends on here who have WDW pre trip reports for Nov/Dec 2010 but I havent kept up cuz i wish i was going with them and i get sad that im not when I read them. Selfish huh? I think I need some pixie dust!

Well have fun on your cruises! My co-worker is going on the 10 day Mexcian Rivera cruise in April.

My family misses DL very much too. We just went in April and we cant wait to go back. My 5 yo and 6 yo love watching youtube and all the disneyland rides!! They know the parks by heart!!

I totally agree with everyone, you are in great company. I am alot like you (OP) where I just alternate them all because I have to rotate them all in. I love each of them (WDW, DL and DCL) each for their own reasons!

I also usually have a fall trip scheduled and is the first time in 4 years that I have not gone to WDW for free dining in September, so I have to use my trip coming up to DL in a week to pull me through that. It's also super hard because I usually do some Disney trip (WDW, DL or DCL) every few months, but have nothing planned for the next year! What will I do??!!

Watching the rides on youtube definitely helps for me! And at least you have 2 cruises coming up! Awesome!

I was there in June too and missing it badly!!! I'm hoping we can make our trip in November with my mom, sis and nephew. Then it'll be a LOOOOOONG wait for our next trip since we are making the trek to Orlando for Christmas 2011!!!!

Actually we weren't going to do the Walt Disney Museum but that's been changed since it is so close to all the other things we are going to do that we might as well. I can't wait to go but I think it will make me sad and missing DL even more.

I know what you mean. Last time I was there was in January for my birthday. I have withdraws all the time. Like today I smelled waffle cones and thought I was on Main St. It is sad, yes, but true.

I so understand this obssession! I promised DH I only needed 1 trip this year.... but so far I have had 4 trips and atleast one more this year at Halloween time. I get made knowing that I could have saved money at the beg if I only would have bought an AP! LOL.
AND FORKING OUT $20,000 FOR DVC IS OBSSESSED ! I secretly wish I had $20,000 for DVC!!!
