I started the South Beach diet yesterday, I have been doing low carb on my own but felt I needed something more formal.
I walk twice a day, 15 minutes in the afternoon and a half of an hour in the evening.
My goal is to lose 50 more pounds, hopefully by the time we go on vacation next July.
Having to do without my fruit and yogart each morning is really a trial, I hope I can get through the first two weeks of South Beach without going crazy!
