I am incredibly confused

I just don't understand everything that's going on with the code...the only think I understand is that I don't have the code! Is there still a chance I'll get it? If we did we would plan a trip for this year when we didn't plan on going till next year or 2009.

But anyway, can someone give me a summary of this confusion please?

Everyone on here is equally confused. Call up CRO and ask if you have any discounts or pins with your name. I think that's the easiest thing to do instead of asking here because you'd get 100000000 different answers!
