I got a pin code this morning for a free upgrade from Disney's Pop Century to either Saratoga Springs or Old Key West. I didn't believe it, but I called anyway and they upgraded us to a 1 bed room villa at Saratoga Springs!!!!!!!!!!!!! This never happens to us, I still can't believe it!!!

Congratulations...I got the same upgrade 2 years ago for free dining - GREAT DEAL!

Back then - they let us request a 1 Bedroom suite as part of it - so be sure to ask for that instead of a studio (if you would prefer it).

Actually, we have free dining too!!!!!!! That is why I couldn't believe it, it's too good to be true!! My pin code was for a studio, but the CM on the phone put us in a 1 bed room villa!!!!! Even better!! I kept asking him what was the catch, he kept saying, no catch ma'm!!! Poor thing, I was so nervous and excited I probably made him nervous!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Pincodes are generated by Disney randomly. They are person specific and not transferable.There is no real WAY to get one.Disney does not divulge the selection process as to who,how and why certain people get them.To increase your chances, make sure you are registered on disneyworld .com.make sure they have your email.Other than that there is not a whole heck of alot to be done.I have been registered for YEARS and just got my first code.Some people get them, others do not.The pincode fpr the free upgrade, is because Disney tends to over book the values during free dining.The DVc resorts SSR and OKW are generally always running at lower occupancy compared to other resorts,and right now DVC sales and rentals are down...For those of you that upgraded, you will love it and will be spoiled silly you will not want to go back to a value.We did DVC once and now that is ALL we stay
