Not that I was not before, but, I am even more impressed now. About a month and a half ago I sent them an email about how upset I was that I could not get information on my used tickets except only at the world. Since I did not know how many days were left on my tickets, I could not get my tickets ahead of time to save money.

Disney executive offices called me and left 3 messages on my machine since what she had to say did not fit on one message.

Basically, I they are going to allow me to send them my ticket information and they will inform me of my days left.

I am quite happy.
