Hi all, havent been on much lately......... although, this is my home page, I hit on line and see this page then quickly go to something else..........
kinda like I dont want to be reminded.
i have begun to fall back into old habits, eatig bad and NOT wanting to exercise. I should ( right now) be at the gym. i just got lazy! I am going away in a few days and i know I wont be watching what I eat like i should so I relaly should be now............I feel like I am slipping.
Help!!!!!!!!

Hang in there girlfriend. You can do this. I know its not easy, but you can pull yourself out of this hump. I've seen you do it before, and I know you can do it now!! I wish I could say something profound that would make you say..........Ah ha! But I know it has to come from within. Please know I'm here WISHing you on! :cheer2: :cheer2:

We are here for you. Make a commitment to JUST DO IT!
 
Oh yeah, and remember.........it takes baby steps. Just worry about one minute, one hour and one day at a time. Make a commitment to go one hour being totally OP etc.

Maybe try committing to something. Maybe the Thanksgiving challenge.

Renew your program and reread your materials. Pretend your just starting fresh for the first time and you are full of excitement. Start writing each thing you put into your mouth. Become aware of the things you are doing and vow to put an end - RIGHT NOW! to all your bad habits.

Hi Renee
I see why you are worried about Vacation WDW with FREE FOOD. One thing you might want to do is contact at least a few of the sit down resturants and let them know of you dietary needs. Let the chef go crazy fixing you the most wonderful perfectly on program meal imaginable. Have Fun
 

HI Renee :hug: Hang in there, you can do this. I don't know whether this will be of help or not, but I found this post that you made a couple of months ago and I thought that reading it might help you now!

"HI wishers! Just wanted to post something good. I got to thinking that most of my threads are desprate ones LOL! Really not fair to all of you and would like you all to share in my good times as well!
Its like those people who pray to their god only when needed ( I fit in that catorgory as well...got to work on that! )
SOOOOO anyway, just wanted to send out some positive vibes as well as maybe some inspiration to anyone who may need it!
Today is day 5 of the newer me! and I feel soooo good.
I rejoined the gym and so look forward to going! I have made it part of my everyday life! I think I have gotten the junk food out of my system. This past saturday I did have a shake but I missed two meals that day due to work being so demanding! Anyway, the newer me looks past that oops and does not take advantage of a mistake by going ALL out and binging till midnight! I am not going to focus too much on weight but more that my clothes from last summer being to fit me again!
I really do believe that something has clicked this time.

Now that I am IN the moment, I just want to let it all out their and hope someone, ANYONE can absorb it and find it useful. I believe that you just have to over that first hump.... a few days of eating good and exercising makes you feel so good! and once those pants/shorts fit you just a little loser
well..............nothign beats that feeling! Which is exactly what happened today, just last week I tryed on these capris and they were just too uncomfortably tight! today they fit me good! It feels so good and just gives me more incentive to keep going. It wont be long till someones says I look like I have lost weight and that will really give me a boost. Anyway I would like to thank all you wishers for all the support and positivity you all give me."
