Hang in there, you can do this. I don't know whether this will be of help or not, but I found this post that you made a couple of months ago and I thought that reading it might help you now!
"HI wishers! Just wanted to post something good. I got to thinking that most of my threads are desprate ones LOL! Really not fair to all of you and would like you all to share in my good times as well!
Its like those people who pray to their god only when needed ( I fit in that catorgory as well...got to work on that! )
SOOOOO anyway, just wanted to send out some positive vibes as well as maybe some inspiration to anyone who may need it!
Today is day 5 of the newer me! and I feel soooo good.
I rejoined the gym and so look forward to going! I have made it part of my everyday life! I think I have gotten the junk food out of my system. This past saturday I did have a shake but I missed two meals that day due to work being so demanding! Anyway, the newer me looks past that oops and does not take advantage of a mistake by going ALL out and binging till midnight! I am not going to focus too much on weight but more that my clothes from last summer being to fit me again!
I really do believe that something has clicked this time.
Now that I am IN the moment, I just want to let it all out their and hope someone, ANYONE can absorb it and find it useful. I believe that you just have to over that first hump.... a few days of eating good and exercising makes you feel so good! and once those pants/shorts fit you just a little loser
well..............nothign beats that feeling! Which is exactly what happened today, just last week I tryed on these capris and they were just too uncomfortably tight! today they fit me good! It feels so good and just gives me more incentive to keep going. It wont be long till someones says I look like I have lost weight and that will really give me a boost. Anyway I would like to thank all you wishers for all the support and positivity you all give me."
