I am a D23 member, with my membership I should receive 4 issues of the D23 magazine. Except they never sent any issues. I contacted Disney customer service and they began sending me the magazine, starting with the Summer issue (I bought my membership in early December). I then received the Fall issue with a notice that this was my last issue.
I contacted Disney again to say that I had only gotten 2 out of 4 of the magazines that should be part of my membership. This is what I got in return:

I am so sorry to hear of your concerns regarding your D23 items and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regrettably, upon reviewing your concern, we have found the D23 Winter Issue and Holiday Replica Card are sold out and no longer available.
I wrote back to say that I was very glad they would send out the Spring issue, however, that is still only 3 of 4. I paid for 4. In response they sent the same reply as above, for a second time.
I really don't feel asking for what I paid for is unreasonable. I'm not asking for anything extra, but I would like everything that should come with my membership! I am in the process of writing to them a third time now.
Has anyone else had issues dealing with disneystore.com or D23 customer service?
