I'd just like to shake all y'all's hands.

Have you ever smelled your hands after getting off that ride? OMG! I think a public restroom smells better!

epcotter said:I hope I live:
I drink water from the hose on hot days
I use the comforter at hotels
I crawl around on the hotel rugs to play with my kids
I walk around barefoot
I use the pen and the checkout cashier at the foodstore
I use payphones
I touch the utensils at the buffets
I eat salad at a restaurant
I sit on a public restroom toilet
I drink water from public watering fountains
OMG - What have I been doing??![]()

I'm actually quite the opposite. lol I am a bit paranoid about STDs and lice though, I'll admit it! LOL

Imagine all the fun microbes at concerts when you do that.
Now I have study partners when I go there! Clears all loud, noisy humans from the area and I have peace and quiet, with the exception of teh coons. Now when I run out of food for them thats another story...
I would have thought there would have been a post earlier about this one. Just think of what might be on a persons hands as they are flushing.

I ignore the do not feed wildlife signs and feed the racoons by hand at the local metroparks. Now I have study partners when I go there! Clears all loud, noisy humans from the area and I have peace and quiet, with the exception of teh coons. Now when I run out of food for them thats another story...

The worry was that IF rabies ever reached Ohio (which it has, since then) then these raccoons who came around people would be a bigger danger to people than other raccoons who still were afraid of bigger animals (people) and kept away. Just something to consider, when feeding the local wildlife.

I took a trip to WDw last spring with my DD and my sister. My sister brought disinfectant with her, and wiped everything down before she would touch it. Guess who got sick
. I love the elementary school comment- I've had kids wipe their noses on me, drool on me, and throw up on me-i think I'm pretty immune to just about everything now
