I am going to a Drive-In!!

You bring back memories. I haven't been to the Milford Drive-In since sometime in the 1960's (yup, showing my age). Now I think the sound comes in throught he car radio instead of those speakers that hung on the windows. You couldn't close the window completely and every mosquito for miles around would find that little hole.....

Have fun!

we have one 10min from me, and one about 45min away. We go to the drive in all of the time in the summer :)

Just remember the lawn chairs and the bug spray and you can all sit outside!
I do have to say we went to see Anchorman the night it came out and people were booing out loud!!! The movie was unfortunately AWFUL!!!:(

Bring along a pizza and some soda and snacks!!

I'm a little worried now, because we have a PT cruiser and we just tried sitting in the back (where our friends will be) and I don't think they'll be able to see :(

When DS 13 and DD 10 and I went about 3 weeks ago to see Garfield and the new Harry Ppotter Movie I backed in and lifted the hatch on my PT and folded up the backseats all the way put cushions down and two of us sat in the car and the other sat outside in a lawnchair but ws really close by. Our local drive in here in NW Ohio offers buy onnnnne get one free admission on tuesday nights, works out great since I dont' work Wed. it cost the three of us 7.00 for two new movies. Adults ar 5 and kids under 12 2. Hope you haad fun/

We took 3 grandkids a couple weekends ago. But we only pay $8.00 a carload here. We sat in the car but most people take lawn chairs, citronella candles, bug spray, coolers full of food and drinks, and sweatshirts in case it gets chilly. We saw Harry Potter 3. And we let the kids sit in the front while we sat in the backseat. Hmmmm.....our first time at the drive-in (back in '68) we were in the backseat!

Its the next town over from me,hope you had fun and like doodahday said brought bug spray.

We just went to the drive in last night! It was lots of fun!! It's probably less than a mile from our house & $7 per carload. We took pop, popcorn & blankets with us. DD took her pillow. We saw Shrek2, but didn't stay for Garfield. We love the drive in! :)
