I was in a few days ago but cannot get the sign-in screen to budge yesterday or this morning. I click "sign in" and it just sits there & looks at me without so much as a blink.
ETA: I actually just let it sit on a tab for several minutes (like 5) and realized then that I'd forgotten to close it and when I went back to close it I was IN!! Go figure. Like warming up a car in the winter.
This is so unacceptable, I can't believe it. I send an email each and every single time I attempt to try to get into Availability or Booking. I am purposely taking the time to send it..... even if it's 20 times a day. I'm sure it means nothing.
DVCjj, I can assure you those emails get looked at. And truthfully if all of us that are having issues sent an email, it would certainly get someone's attention!
As I worked MS years ago, my heart goes out to the poor souls there having to hear our frustrations. I absolutely agree that both DVC and DCL's sites have been a NIGHTMARE the last couple of weeks and it's inexcusable that the issues have gone on so long. But I sure feel badly for those CM's at MS…..
I feel bad for the CMs who lost their jobs in IT so Disney could bring in cheap labor from overseas to replace American workers and now we have to put up with a terrible web site.
Disney's corporate attitude to their workers sucks.
DVC has a poor customer service attitude towards their members.
IMO Wyndham is about the worst timeshare on the market, but their reservation system works and I'm NEVER on hold with them for more than 3 minutes until I can talk to someone about making a reservation.
From my experience with 9 different timeshares DVC has the longest wait times on the phone and the most unreliable web based reservation system. We paid for better service than this.
