We are going down to disney in August. The best price around is booking with delta. I have been reading so much that I am afraid. We are a family of 4. The kids will be 9 and 11 by august. I want to sit next to them. I do not mind splitting up- 2 and 2 but not all over the plane. I also want to leave on the times that I will book.
Should I spend the extra money and go on another airline?
Are there any positive responses about delta?

I would still book with Delta. Just sign up for Delta Skymiles so you can keep checking your reservation online. If there are any changes, you can call reservations and make the switch and make sure your seats are together.

I agree with poohbear. Go ahead and book your reservations with Delta and yes, become skymiles member first. Free & easy to do at delta.com.
All the airlines change flight schedules & equipment type!
You can select all your seats at the time of booking. After you book them, just keep checking them on-line every couple of days for any changes. If you see big changes in times, just call Delta and confirm new flight times & seating. You can still go to website and change seating anytime you want with Delta.

Totally agree with the poster above. I've been using Delta since my first trip in 2003 except for one flight (long story) and have been a Skymiles Member since then. Very helpful to be able to log in and check the flight times and seat changes, etc. You can also change your seat online if needed. I was going to book with them for August, however while I was at WDW last weekend, the prices shot up by $70. Will have to keep an eye on it, but for now, it's at least $160 cheaper and faster to go with Allegiant Air and fly into Sanford.

Cheers!

I have also, just booked with Delta, because of non-stop and best prices. All of your comments have re insured me that I choose the right flight. :thumbsup2 :cheer2:
