I am getting braces.........

I got some on my front 4 teeth and those kindof hurt 1and ahalf years.i lost my retainer but the molds for molding it hurt so..bad.It riped my teeth out i had my retainer for 2 years.i am going to get full mouth pretty soon too proably for 3 years.and then retainers again 1 year!!! .terrible life a....

Getting braces on doesn't hurt at all. They just hurt when you try to eat something. My teeth felt fine, so I made myself a bologna sandwich. I went to bite into it, but I couldn't. Mine were on for 11 months, and they never "hurt". They were just annoyingly tender.

my brackets are going to be shaped like harts (sp?)and the color of the bands will be pink and black

That is so cool! I wish I would have had heart brackets! Lucky!
