I am totally for the war....Sadaam Hussein has got to go.

I know I am going to get flamed for this but I feel that North Korea is a bigger threat in the long run.

They DO have nuclear capabilities(probably nukes as well)
They have weapons of mass destruction
they have stockpiles of nerve and asphyixation gases
they are in the process of flight testing a missle that could hit the western United States.

Their goverment is a cult of personality and their leader is a looney tooney
their people are starving to death
did you know they kill the babies of their female prisoners

I know but I was researching some stuff on them... I am a political science major and legal studies in school -so politics and world affairs are a major interest of mine.

Well, I think there are a number of countries out there that want a piece of us. I'm concerned that there is a sleeper just waiting to see how spread out our resources get before getting into the action. Sort of like letting the little guys wear us down a bit.

Yes they are, but now they have nuclear capabilities- which makes them much harder to deal with. They sound as brutal as Hussein- he likes to put people through "chippers". Don't think for ONE minute that N. Korea isn't watching what we do in Iraq, another reason it was so important NOT to back down.

I agree that this needs to be a deterrant for any other country that gets any ideas. N. Korea is a problem that will need to be dealth with.
