I know there are a list of shows but I am looking for ones that allow food in the venue or a lunch and dinner time parade

I haven't seen a list of shows that allow food.
But happy to provide some suggestions! What park will you be in and what time do you hope to eat?

If the venue is concrete and outdoors you can usually bring food in. Like Fantasmic or beauty and the Beast.

If it's indoors then no food or drinks. Like frozen and country bear

There's only one parade, it's at mk at 3pm

You can bring food into Fantasmic, Beauty and the Beast, and Rivers of Light. Like PP said, anything indoors is a no-go. And the 3:00 MK parade is the only one, aside from parades during holiday parties.

Last fall, we ate lunch at Pecos Bill an hour before the parade, then went outside and walked a little ways up toward Liberty Square. Excellent spot to see the parade, which is a really good one. Def worth seeing.
