Okay so I am booking an add on intimate. We are staying at Old Key West in a 1 bedroom villa for only $900 for 8 days!! WE had to take it!!

So I talked to disney and I have to put a deposit down and try and figure out where to have it. I have been to Disney plenty of times but I am nervous about making this decision without seeing the places. Also at this point it could be just us but I have a feeling the immediate family will be coming and that makes 11 of us.

We want either an early wedding - 11am or so then lunch somewhere and then later meet back up for illuminations dessert party. Totally casual. This would be if we don't do the whole traditional thing - probably Sunset Point w/ a laid back tropical theme - no one really dresses up. Any advice on lunch or suggestions?

My other option would be to do the Pavillion around 4pm, more traditonal and have a private room at some of the nicer restaurants and then off to illuminations for a dessert party. Any suggestions on a nice restaurant on the monorail system or near Epcot?

So many decisions!!! Also is the dessert party too much in one day. I figure since we aren't having a true reception that going to that would be nice instead of dinner and goodbye

Opinions on anything wanted - thanks in advance!!!

I definitely do not think that a dessert party would be too much. I was planning on doing this myself (and still might since my fiance said today, "if there is anything additional you want, I will give you the money for it" Woah! how exciting!!)
Your family would probably really enjoy the dessert party
However, it is ultimately up to you. I was thinking small to begin with myself and the farther we got into it, we realized that we really wanted the more traditional.

Just remember, whatever you choose, you will ultimately be happy because you are with the one you love!! and in Disney World to top it off!!

I just had an intimate vow renewal at 4 pm in the WP. The cake and champagne reception lasted till almost 6, and then we had 6:30 reservations at the Yachtsman Steakhouse. We were there until at least 8:30. So if you want to have th dessert party the same day I would choose an earlier ceremony, maybe at 2?

From what I have heard, though, not everyone stays at their champagne reception that long. I know that with my family, we will not be there for as long as Janis was.
just something to keep in mind
