I Am Back Again!

Well I think that it is time for me to come back to WISH and WW. I lost almost 30 pounds before I became pregnant back in the summer/fall 2001 but unfortunately I have gained it all back plus another 5 or so.

I really need to get myself motivated again and get moving. I need to stop making excuses and start making better choices for myself.

I am really looking forward to coming here for support and to check-in on a weekly basis.
