I-95 construction in GA, FL ??

Has anyone driven through GA or FL on I-95 recently?? How were the construction delay(s)??
I'm asking b/c in Feb 03, more than 1/2 of the GA stretch was either a work zone, or had a major roadwork project in place.

There are construction "zones" all throughtout those portions of Ga. (mostly S. of Savannah) and especially in Florida. BUt strangely enough, there wasn't a bit of work going on the entire stretch!! Thousands of those red "barrells" lining the road, but no work. And no delays whatsoever. Traffic of course does slow somewhat , but as for actual stoppages, there were none. THis was 2 weks ago, by the way--.This was late on Friday (the Ga. portion) and Saturday AM in Florida.

Closer to your trip time this might help. It is the GA DOT official site and if you click on maps,incidents you can view of listing of construction sites and their expected impact.
