has anyone tried hydroxycut and if so the results?

I have. I am not sure if it helped or not because I could only do it for like 2 days. I could feel my blood flowing through my veins and it bugged me. Also, you have to take A LOT of them, and I am too lazy to take that many pills!

The hydroxycut with ephedra worked very well. Ephedra worked well when it was taken as labeled. IMHO it should have not been banned, but that is another story.
I have not heard much about the new ephedra free version. It is a little pricey and you do have to take lots-o-pills.

I tried hydroxycut last time I lost all of my weight but I really don't think it helped me much. I tried green tea supplements and they probably helped me more, and were much cheaper. You can even buy the green tea bags and make a hot cup of tea with it. It's quite yummy.
