Hyatt Regency Questions

We booked a transfer. Full stop. There’s been no information provided on how/where to board the bus. Disney doesn’t know where we’re staying, although they do have the flight info, which we provided at check-in.
To take the DCL Transfer from the Hyatt MCO lobby you need to contact DCL and let them know your plans. Then when you check-in at the Hyatt confirm that you are on the DCL list for the following morning, and they'll have the details for you. Otherwise, you can take your luggage downstairs to the main DCL Transfers desk in MCO and board there -- they board starting around 9am until sometime in the early afternoon, maybe 1pm or 2pm.

Thanks for the responses, everyone. I think I understand how this works now. And sounds like it may just be better to head back to the airport rather than from the Hyatt Regency’s lobby. It’s our first time booking transfers and I guess I expected more instruction on how the process worked. You all have been very helpful. Thank you.

That's usually provided at check-in (or at WDW resorts the night prior if arriving earlier) because it varies from cruise-to-cruise depending on how many guests who booked transfers are staying at each resort.
