DH is staying here for a few nights next month for a sales conference. Where is it in relation to WDW?

it is less than a mile from WDW. regularly it is next door - it is behind the DD hotels which are on property.

but around 3 miles from Epcot (the closest park) (okay might be less)

I wouldn't say walking distance unless you're really into walking, and I wouldn't do it at night, but maybe $10 cab fare (or less??). At the Hyatt there's a long driveway just to get from the rooms out of the complex, then turn right onto a stretch of road, then a block or so of 535, then a fair length of Hotel Plaza Blvd (from the Disney gates, past several DTD hotels, Marketplace and finally PI. It's very close by car though. It might be possible to turn left out of the hotel instead and get to Hotal Plaza Blvd via a side road - I never tried that way. It could be shorter - does anyone know? But I wouldn't do that at night either - it's more deserted than the 535 way.
