Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress - best route to parks

Hi

I've read here on the boards that there is a way to avoid the traffic jam but didn't understand it.
Could somebody please explain me more in detail what was the "route" you supposed to take in order to avoid the traffic? I'm staying there next month (with a rental car) and that information would come in handy.

Any staff member at the hotel will be able to point you in the right direction. You basically go left when you leave the hotel instead of right and end up on Buena Vista Drive and Vista Drive.
