Hi - less than 1 month 'til our Disneyland visit and I'm trying to think of some practical things. Our daughter has some health issues and takes medication each morning - the easiest way we've found for her to take it is with yoghurt. Now, we're visiting from New Zealand so obviously can't bring any with us and am hoping that the Target store close to the Hyatt Regency will sell some she'll eat - but wondering if anyone knows what the fridges are like in the kids suites there - just trying to think of ways around the issue if it turns out there is no fridge/we have to buy yoghurt etc every day. Thanks!

Are you referring to the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove? Your title is a bit confusing; there isn't a Hyatt Regency in Anaheim.

If that's the hotel, their description of the "kid's suite" includes the mini-fridge. I'd be surprised if it weren't reasonably large enough to accommodate the items you want.

These suites near the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim also feature a plush King Hyatt Grand Bed™ for parents, a microwave, a refrigerator, two 37” flat screen TV’s, wireless Internet access, laptop safe, iHome Stereo with iPod® dock, and much more.

If not, then you could purchase a small cooler and use ice. The hotel will definitely have ice.

Hi, sorry, yes, Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove (coming as far as we are, "Disneyland" encompasses a lot!!)

We have stayed at the Hyatt in Garden Grove in the kids' suite. The fridg is a little larger than mini fridg and they also have a Starbucks in the lobby that may have yogurt.

The Hyatt also has restaurants that may be able to get you some yogurt or something such as applesauce, and just across the street in the same lot as Homewood Suites and Marriott Suites are many restaurants, and another Starbucks inside Marriott Suites, so someone should have yogurt besides Target. But yes, Target is a short walk from Hyatt.

Here in the states, our groceries do sell shelf stable yogurt that doesn't require refrigeration. Your fridg in the room will definitely hold yogurt. We fit all kinds of things: 1/2 gallon milk, 6 hard boiled eggs, pancakes, syrup, fruit, juice, water bottles, dinner leftovers, etc. It all fit at once.

The shelf stable yogurt may not be available at that Target, but here's where I've found it online as being available:
It's made by Health Valley
(it's their fruit yogurt smoothie in a squeezable tube)

Walmart
10912 KATELLA AVENUE
GARDEN GROVE, CA 92840

You chose a good hotel. I love that Hyatt Regency! The Target is right there, too! And yes, the fridge is plenty large enough for that.
