A sleep study would be my first suggestion. No kidding, my dh was a horendous snorer and just had a sleep study (we had the same problem in hotel rooms - everyone refused to sleep in the same room as him) and has obstructive sleep apnea, now has a mask = problem solved!!!
Anyway, the Hyatt is a nicer hotel, but we had a bad experience there and I think others were with me on Tripadvisor.com that Hyatts just generally have poor customer service. I much prefer the Marriott and Hilton chains and we stay at either the Residence Inn or Homewood when at DLR. We'll be at Homewood in a couple weeks. We still like the extra room and kitchenette. They both offer complementary hot breakfasts 7 days a week and light dinners weeknights. October will probably be busier though, so I'd try to choose a walking distance hotel or if you aren't in a great hurry, it's a bit of a chance at times to rely on the ART. Homewood does have their shuttle too, I believe they share with another hotel.
