I just got the Hyatt Orlando from priceline for the dates of 6/29 -7/5 for $30 per night. This is the first time I have used priceline and after checking the hotel sight saw it ran about $99 per night during my stay so I feel I did pretty well. If anyone has stayed there before please let me know your opinion. We ususally stay at one of the All Star resort when going for six day, but thought we would take a chance and try someplace new. So please let me know what to expect or what not to expect. We will have our own car so shuttle service is not needed. Thanks!

The Hyatt Orlando is on Parkway Blvd. in Kissimmee. It is a little bit older than some and not up to the usual Hyatt standards, but overall it is a nice hotel. It is used a lot for conferences so there are always people around. The pool is nice but nothing fancy. I do think that they are really overpriced on the food places there, but there are many other choices within a quick car ride on 192.

The biggest plus is location. It is a quick car ride to the parks, 'specially AK.

I am sure that others can give a more comprehensive overview. I have been to many conferences at the hotel, but not stayed there since I live nearby. I have seen the rooms since friends have stayed at the hotel for these conferences.

I attend a conference at this hotel in October. The rooms are clean, and there is a vinyl lined pool and hot tub in each of the areas--two story stucco buildings, but no elevators! There is a coffee maker in each room, and I think I remember iron and ironing board, but the tub is more like a large shower--definitely not a full size tub. There is a breakfast buffet and the lunch was only $8.99 for a very substantial buffet. I think priceline prices are great here, but with conference rates at least at $134 I choose to stay at WDW on AP rates for economy!

I have just stayed there thru Priceline this past March. This was our second time there in 3 years. This past experince was much better than the first. We were given a first floor room, which I requested since there were no elevators & it was me & 3 kids. I was also given a pool view. The room was big & very clean. I especially liked the security guard at the front gate! I would definatly stay there again.....and it is only about a 10 minute ride to Disney's Property.
