Does anyone have any opinions on this hotel. A friend is considering a stay here.

Aloha,
I got two rooms at the HO last month through Priceline for one night. IMHO itis definitely not the three star hotel they gave it...

The room was dingy and smelled mildewy...there was no tub and the shower had a weird floor that slanted to the middle and was hard to keep your balance on when wet. My 74 year old mother almost fell down!

Unless you friend gets the room for really really cheap, suggest he stay somewhere else. It is a Hyatt in name only!

I will send your reply along to my friend. Does anyone else have any experience or anything with the Hyatt Orlando. So far I am hearing more negatives than positives.

I also got this hotel through Priceline but I had no complains about the hotel. The room was clean and housekeeping was very good and always left the extras that we requested. This hotel is really close to the highway, so if you are a light sleeper request a room that is furthesrt away from the hwy. The Hyatt is closer to a 3* than the 3* that I received from Expedia. I got the Holiday Inn Maingate East after bidding on a 3* with Expedia. I was not a happy camper.
