Hyatt OC or Quality Inn

This is our first trip to DL. I've been to WDW almost every year of my life and I'm stressing out about our room choice for DL.
Our TA has offered us two options, the Hyatt OC or Quality Inn. I know there are tons of other options but I'm looking for some help here in general.

Is a better bed with a longer distance from DL better than a cheaper option with a close location? How important is it to be within walking distance of DL? We'll be there 2 1/2 days before we go to San Diego for another 4 nights.

For us the proximity outweighs the quality. We are at the Quality Inn on our next trip. I read through 6 years worth of reviews on trip advisor and saw them trending upward and one thing that they always said is that the staff is very responsive. We aren't looking for grand accomodations - we are looking for serviceable, clean and CLOSE. We want to spend most of our time in the park - and being close by means an easy trip back for a nap and a swim - then back to the park. If it is anything like prior trips, we *never* were awake for more than 2 hours at our hotel. EVER. I can put up with sub-grand for that time.

I think it *is* important to be within easy walking distance - it improves your trip so much. Read HydroGuy's guide and you'll agree, LOL.
