Hyatt MCO

Warning, the food court staff are SLOW! We ordered a Firehouse Sub and waited 20 minutes for the guy to make it. There were only a few people in line, but he was only making them one every 5 minutes.

My DH and DS went to Sbarro and there's was slow, too, but they were finished eating before we got our subs. DH laughs about ordering 3 cheese slices at Sbarro and being told they only had one left. Fine, he'd have pepperoni, only to watch them take 2 other cheese slices and lay pepperoni on them to make his pepperoni slices out of the cheese slices he really wanted. Oh, and it apparently took 3 staff to cut one pizza.

With that much time I would consider ubering to Disney Springs or the Boardwalk or even City Walk for dinner and walking around there for a bit. We've stayed at the Hyatt a couple times, and it's great! But it's in an airport... not the most entertaining place to spend 8 hours. It's been a while but I feel like we have landed around 5-6, eat dinner, and are trying to get my kid to bed around 8... if we got there earlier and weren't worried about bedtime I'd head towards Disney or City Walk.
That’s what we’re going to do. We get in around 5pm on a Thursday evening in May, I thought about booking a room at a Disney Resort, but had enough Hyatt points for the airport hotel and we’ll just Uber to Disney Springs for the evening.

One source said they have a hot tub, one said they do not - which is accurate.
No hot tub. There's a pool, and then a fountain area which I guess maybe someone thought was a hot tub? We were there last week.

We went to dinner with family at the Swan that night (via someone else's rental car). It's not a bad drive. But in the past we've had no problem occupying ourselves at the hotel - the pool, watching planes take off/land from your room verandah, browsing the stores, eating dinner, etc. The hotel has a sit down restaurant and a bar, both of which are fine.

Only fine? At the price point for Hemisphere I would like more than fine.
