Hyatt Grand Cypress Shuttle to the Parks

Anyone have experience with this? We are trying to decide if we want to rent a car or take the shuttle.

I can't find a shuttle schedule, which would help GREATLY. Anyone know?

Does anyone have any personal experiences with them?? My son and I may be using the shuttle to Universal one day. I'd love to know how often they run?

Never used the shuttle but from memory I think they run a couple of times in the morning and afternoon - they are not hugely regular or very frequent I dont think.
