Hyatt airport rates

The AAA rate at the Hyatt is $124--the senior citizen rate is $99. Can my parents book all 3 rooms? There are 6 adults and 5 children (15,12,10,9,6) so we would need 3 rooms--we would put DS in Grandma's room.
